I build technology companies and I seem to be pretty good at it. Most of what I have written on this blog is related to internet start-ups. I love them.

I love internet start-ups because they are so dynamic. I love learning, growing, and solving problems. I love trying to get just a little bit better every single day. I love being on a team that is working hard to build something great. Something customers love. Something that team members can use as a cornerstone to a better career.

My number one team is my wife Abby, daughter Kate, and son Jack. I love them most of all.
