As a guy that has been told by one of my mentors that I am in the fall of my career I would this talk by Jonathan Sackner-Bernstein at TedxBrussels to be quite inspirational. 

It’s never too late to make a difference. Don’t succumb to age. Keep your focus. Keep your regretfulness. Look for your mold.
